This item is an ex-rental. This means it has been professionally dry cleaned and is in Òas newÓ condition. There may be small signs of wear, with no noticeable faults.

Sale items are considered final sale. Although we will make exceptions for customers who receive their sale item via post and wish to change for size only, subject to availability of the size. If the size you wish to exchange for is unavailable at the time, the sale item can not be returned.
There will be no returns for sale items for change of mind, nor refunds. Please choose carefully.

Can't visit our boutique? Use our FIT GUARANTEE or add a BACKUP DRESS
If the dress you received by mail does not fit: Send it back to us and we will refund the hire cost of the dress (minus the shipping) or provide a store credit. We attach tags to all dresses that we post. To be eligible for the fit guarantee refund, tags must be attached when we receive the dress back.

If you would like to add a second size or another style to you order, simply follow the steps below:

Checkout Step 1: Add the Discount code BACKUPDRESS to your Cart
Place your order before 2pm and receive it the following day! (excludes regional areas - If you are regional or unsure of your postage time give us a call on 8904 0635 and we’d be happy to assist you)
We recommend starting your booking date a day or 2 before your event to ensure prompt arrival
Return Postage Fee = $30, which includes your return envelope which makes it super easy for you to return (place dress in the bag and put in a YELLOW Express post box)
The rental period is for 4-days or 8-Days, where the dress is to be returned during opening hours on the fourth day/last day of the booking.
For customers posting items after the hire, items must be posted on the fourth day in the return Express Post bag provided by Dress for A Night (unless otherwise agreed at the time of hire).
Postage item location can be tracked via the tracking numbers provided by Dress for A Night at the time of delivery.
Late returns attract a late fee of $10 per day for each day that the dress is posted after the last day of booking. Late fees will be charged to the customer credit card details that were provided at the time of booking.
If your event is cancelled or you cancel your hire, we can issue a credit to be used in store.
Cancellations must be advised at least 1 weeks in advance of the booking date.
If the dress is not described as described or faulty, please contact Dress for A Night within 2 hours of receipt of the item and we will arrange exchange or refund of the booking fee.
