We don't have a Brisbane store, so you hire online and your dress comes to your door by Express Post. Our only store is the flagship boutique in North Sydney.
How much is delivery to Brisbane and how quickly does it arrive?
Shipping is free on orders over $200, and orders under $200 go by Express Post to Queensland for $19.99. Return postage is included with every order. Place your order before 1pm AEST for next business day delivery from major Queensland centres, and allow 1 to 2 extra days elsewhere.
How does the at-home try-on work?
Choose up to 3 dresses and we'll post them to you to try on at home, with postage included. It costs $49.99 for 1 dress, $59.99 for 2 or $69.99 for 3. Book your at-home try-on for dispatch at least 2 weeks before your event so you have time to choose your favourite.
What sizes are available, and can I change my size?
Sizes go up to 18, and the sizes available vary by designer and style. You're welcome to exchange your size at any time free of charge, pending availability. You can also add a backup size or style to your order at 80% off, and our FAQ page explains how exchanges work.
What happens if my dress gets a small stain?
Cover for minor stains and damage comes with every rental, so a drop of champagne on the hem is nothing to panic about. Dry cleaning is included in the price too, which means you can send your dress back without cleaning it first.
How do I return my dress from Brisbane?
