How fast can I get a formal dress delivered in Sydney?
Every Sydney order travels by Express Post, and orders placed before 1pm AEST get next business day delivery from major NSW centres. If you're outside those centres, allow 1 to 2 extra days for your dress to reach you. Shipping is free on orders over $200, or $19.99 to NSW for orders under $200, and return postage is included.
Can I pick up my dress from your Sydney boutique?
Click and Collect is free at our North Sydney boutique, so you can hire formal dresses in Sydney online and grab yours in person. You'll find us at Shop 5, 245 Pacific Hwy, North Sydney NSW 2060. Pick up any time during opening hours, listed on our North Sydney boutique page.
Can I try a formal dress on at home?
Choose up to 3 dresses and we'll post them to you to try at home, with postage included. It's $49.99 for 1 dress, $59.99 for 2 and $69.99 for 3. Book your at-home try-on for dispatch at least 2 weeks before your event so you have time to pick a favourite.
What sizes do your formal dresses come in?
Sizes go up to 18 and vary by designer and style, and you can swap sizes free any time, pending availability. Add a backup dress in a second size or style at 80% off, or ask our team on live chat for fit help. Our FAQ page covers sizing and exchanges in more detail.
Do I need to clean the dress before returning it?
Leave the cleaning to us, because dry cleaning is included in the price. Every rental also includes cover for minor stains and damage, so you can enjoy the night without fussing over a small mark.
How do I return my dress in Sydney?
Pop your dress in the satchel provided, attach the prepaid return label and drop it at any Express Post box or Post Office. Sydney locals can also drop returns at our dry cleaning partner, Limes Dry Cleaner, 781 Military Road, Mosman. Check our returns policy for the full details.
