We post Australia-wide Express delivery! Place your rental order before 1pm and receive it EXPRESS within 1-3 business days.

For Same day delivery in Sydney please call 0289040635 before 11am.

We recommend starting your booking date a day or two before your event to ensure prompt arrival.

Rental returns

Easy returns are available to our North Sydney boutique or via Express Post.

You can also drop off 24 hours a day with Limes Dry Cleaners following these steps.

ENJOY YOUR EVENT, STRESS FREE

Your dress will arrive on/before your booking date via Express Post, or Click & Collect (Sydney). Every rental includes professional dry cleaning and minor damage protection.

EASY RETURNS, NO FUSS

After your event, simply return the dress using the pre-paid postal label provided, or drop it back to our Sydney boutique. We take care of all the cleaning.

Our Dress Hire Service includes Dry Cleaning free of charge and a free $100 Damage insurance for peace of mind.

We offer Click and Collect, as well as free try on at our North Sydney boutique.

Express Post Shipping is free for orders over $200 or can be added at a charge of $19.99 which includes the return Post = Postage to you and back to us is included.

EXPRESS DELIVERY + RETURN VIA POST

You can make an appointment to try on at our store or use our backup dress code to try on at home. Use BACKUPDRESS for 80% Off to try on a second dress.

We also have a boutique in Sydney, where you can try our full Dress Hire Collection, including formal gowns and on trend designer dresses from size 4 to 18.

During our busy period we recommend an appointment to secure your preferred time. We also welcome walk-ins (without appointments), however there may be a wait time to try on.

We expect customers to take reasonable care, but we also know accidents happen. Should you have an accident with food/ drink etc., please do not attempt to clean the dress yourself! Just let us know what happened and our expert dry cleaners will do the cleaning for you.

For damage to fabrics - We do minor repairs free of charge, this is included in your Damage Insurance.

According to the T&C’s, there may be extra charges in severe cases for cleaning, repairs or replacement.

If you receive your dress rental via Post and it does not fit- please contact us immediately via customerservice@dressforanight.com.au

We are more than happy to send you a second option free of charge -> you only pay for postage. Alternatively we offer a Fit Guarantee.

Simply return the dress with tags intact you will be eligible for a Store Credit on return (valid for 12 months; Credit excludes postage)

Alternatively you can add a backup dress option in your order and get 80% off on your second dress by using the code BACKUPDRESS at checkout.

No, dry cleaning is on us! Don’t worry about cleaning the dress, this service is included in the hire fee.

We depend on our customers returning their dresses in time to enable us to send it to the next customer. If you return your rental late, a late fee will be charged to your credit card (according to the T&C’s).
