Worried about sizing? No need! We have a Fit Guarantee on all orders. If your dress doesn’t fit, simply send it back to us, with tags attached and we’ll provide a 100% store credit of the hire cost of the dress (minus shipping)*.

Not sure which style to choose? Make the most of our Backup Dress service. Add two dresses to your order, try them on, and take your pick. Then, detach the tag from the dress you wish to wear and leave the tag on the other dress.

*The tags that arrived on the dress must be in-tact to be eligible for a store credit.

 

Step 2: Hire Your Dress & Impress at Your Event

Once you’ve found the dress of your dreams, select your hire date and check that the dress is available. All bookings are for four days, unless otherwise agreed upon.


Make your payment to secure your booking, and we’ll take it from here. We’ll express post the dress to you so it will arrive on the first day of your booking.

 

Step 3: Return Your Dress

After your event, simply return your dress to us via post in the Express Post satchel provided. We’ll take care of the dry cleaning for you.

Postage Service

You can browse all of our dresses on our website. We post Australia wide!

Postage is $19.99 return. We can post anywhere in Victoria. For all bookings outside of Melbourne CBD we require an 8 day booking for peace of mind for longer postage times. Please mention your event date in the order notes.

Fit guarantee 

We have a Fit Guarantee for all orders. If you are unable to come to the store to try on the dress and the dress you received by mail does not fit, send it back to us and we’ll provide a 100% store credit of the hire cost of the dress (minus shipping). We attach tags to all dresses that we post. To be eligible for the fit guarantee refund, tags must be attached when we receive the dress back.

Backup dress

We also offer hiring of a back-up dress, just use code BACKUPDRESS at checkout. Simply cut off the tag that is on the dress you wish to wear to your event and leave the tag on the other dress.

Bookings are for 4 days or 8 days, unless otherwise agreed. The website gives live booking updates. To secure your booking, payment is due at the time of booking. We Express Post the dress to you to arrive on the first day of your booking.

After your event, simply return the dress to us via post in the ExpressPost satchel provided. It’s that simple! We take care of the dry cleaning for you.

We offer next day delivery to all Australian capital cities *order before 1pm AEST* For all bookings outside of metro areas we require an 8 days booking for longer postage times.

If you are on holiday in Sydney, feel free to visit us in our North Sydney boutique and try-on our beautiful dresses!
